Refund policy

RETURNS:

You may return new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

WARRANTIES:

All Seek Optics products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service conditions for 1 year after the date of purchase. Our liability is limited solely to the replacement of any defective product returned to us. We make no other warranty, either expressed or implied, including any regarding merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose nor do we assume any liability or responsibility for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of these products.
