- Damage Coverage:
- Description: Covers items that are damaged during transit. Seek Optics will replace the damaged item
- Requirements: Proof of damage, such as photos of the damaged item and packaging, along with a claim submission within 5 days of receiving the damaged package.
- Theft Coverage:
- Description: Provides compensation for items stolen during transit
- Requirements: Claim submission within 10 days of scanned delivery
- Coverage Limits:
- Coverage Amount:
- Standard Limit: Up to the value of the item plus shipping.
- Claim Limits:
- Annual Limit: Up to 2 claims per calendar year. Excess claims may require additional review or affect coverage eligibility.
- Exclusions:
- Claim Submission Period: Claims must be filed within 10 days from the delivery or expected delivery date provided by the courier online tracking. Claims filed after this period may not be eligible for coverage.
