All references to the aforementioned trademarks or brands on this website or elsewhere belong solely to said respective trademark owners.
1. How long does it take for you to respond to messages?
We take pride in the excellent customer service we provide and aim to respond to each question in a quick and professional manner. We will answer messages in one business day or less (M-F) and usually reply to messages on weekends, as well! Please be assured that your questions will always be answered! 2. I haven't received my item, what should I do?
All shipments leave our warehouse same day or within one day of payment (M-F). Most packages are received quickly and within the estimated delivery time of the shipping method selected. Unfortunately, sometimes a package can be delayed or misplaced during transit. International transactions can take up to 30 business days to be delivered, due to custom inspections, weather or other unforeseen events. Please be assured that we are actively seeking better shipping services all the time. You can view the status of your order by selecting Track My Order. Please remember to always track your item and contact us immediately if you notice anything unclear or strange in your tracking history. We will do everything possible to resolve any adverse situation. 3. Can the eyes be seen when wearing your mirrored lenses?
The lenses are not transparent and will conceal your eyes under most lighting. However, there is a chance that under dimmer lighting the eyes can be seen.
4. How will I know lenses are polarized?
One of the easiest ways to check if your lenses are polarized is to hold one lens in front of the other and while looking through both of them, turn one. When you reach a certain angle the lenses will black out, blocking all light transmission.
5.What are Polarized Lenses?
Polarized lenses reduce glare from reflective surfaces like water or metal. They are suitable for driving and outdoor activities such as fishing. Polarization is an important feature because it protects your eyes by blocking reflected light, reducing glare and enhancing contrast.
6. Do Polarized Lenses Cost More?
Yes, polarized lenses cost more to manufacture and therefore are a little more expensive, but worth it!
7. Is Seek Optics affiliated with Oakley?
We are not affiliated with Oakley and do not sell Oakley brand lenses. Our lenses are exclusive Seek lenses that will fit in specified Oakley frames, but we are not affiliated with Oakley in any capacity.
8. What quality are your lenses?
Our lenses are very high quality. They meet or exceed all FDA and European standards.

10. My lenses don't fit, there is an imperfection or I don't like them. What do I do now?
First of all, let us apologize if there are any defects with your purchase. Our goal is to provide the best customer service and top-quality products. All items are carefully inspected before shipment, but sometimes they can be mishandled during transit. We stand behind our products and will be happy to provide you with an exchange or refund. For more information about returns please visit our RETURNS & WARRANTIES. Please note, a common problem with replacement lenses is that the lenses you ordered are not for your specific frame. Please double check that your frame is the same as the lens model that you purchased. If you have any doubts, please contact us and we can help.
11. Can you produce special order lenses or lens models that are not listed in your store?
We are sorry but we are unable to offer this service at this time. We hope to be able to better serve you in the future.
12. Are Seek lenses impact resistant?
Yes, all Seek lenses are impact resistant, meeting and exceeding the impact resistance standards of ANSI Z80.3-2003 and EN 1836:2005 as well as the FDA regulation 21 CFR 801.410 for impact-resistant lenses. Seek lenses are not intended for high-impact sports and are not designed to be industrial safety eyewear as defined in ANSI Z87.1-2003.
13. Do Seek lenses have UV Protection?
Yes, all Seek Optics lenses block 100% of UVA, UVB and UVC rays. Since it is not clear how much exposure to solar radiation will cause damage, the American Optometric Association (AOA) recommends wearing quality lenses that offer UV protection.
