All shipping times are provided by carrier, and always in business days Mon-Fri. Saturday service is not available in all areas. Upgrading to Priority Mail and Express mail is available for both domestic and international shipments. As soon as we receive payment for your order, it will be processed & shipped same day or within 1 business day of purchase (M-F 9AM-5PM PST). An email confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address you've provided.

Items ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS). All shipping times are provided by carrier, and always in Business Days Mon-Fri. Please note that the delivery times given are always estimated and do not include and delays due to custom inspections, weather or other unforeseen events.

Tracking Number
Will be available on the same or next business day after your package has been shipped out. The tracking number should automatically be provided to you via e-mail. Please contact us if you haven't received an email with your tracking information.

 

Returns Policy


You may return new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
