What if my frames are damaged while in your care?

Each frame undergoes a comprehensive inspection before we start any work. If we identify any issues with the quality or integrity of your frames, we’ll contact you before proceeding with your order. We’ll inform you of any risks associated with lens insertion or removal so you can decide how you’d like to proceed. If your frames are lost or damaged in our care without prior notice, we assume full responsibility and will provide a replacement frame of equal value, up to $300.
