What Information is Required for a Prescription Lens Order?
Before you send us your glasses for prescription lens installation, please ensure you provide the following prescription details:
- A clear picture of your prescription: Your prescription must be signed by a doctor and must not be expired or older than two years.
- Your pupillary distance (PD): This measurement is crucial for positioning the optical center of the lens. If you don't have your PD, you can request it from your doctor or use our guide.
- For progressive lenses only: Your segment height: This is the vertical millimeter measurement from the bottom of the lens to the beginning of the progressive addition. If you don't have your segment height, you can request it from your doctor or use our guide.
Sending Your Prescription:
For faster order processing, you can upload a picture of your prescription and pupillary distance (PD) when placing your order. Alternatively, you can complete your order without uploading your prescription and send it to us afterward. We'll provide instructions on how to do so. Please note that sending your prescription and PD later may delay the order process.

Purchased these Ray-Ban RB2187 polarized replacement lenses along with others from another manufacturer and these topped them all. The lenses sit in the frames perfectly, and having had polarized lenses before, I could tell how well they worked. Fantastic lenses at a good price. Couldn't ask for more!
The lenses I ordered are great. They are easy to keep clean and the price was amazing. I did have a hard time getting the lenses into my frames but I also had a hard time getting the original lenses out so I am not faulting Seek Optics. I am gonna order more lenses soon, I'm wondering if Seek has reading lenses as well. I will definitely recommend Seek to my associates!
Really enjoyed the extra touches Seek does with their lenses, they come in a sturdy clam shell pouch with extra microfiber cloth and glasses bag. The lenses fit perfectly too and the polarization works fine. I'm not expecting perfection at this price and I'm really happy with the value of the lenses.

Got replacement lenses for my Native Catamount. I chose the premium polarized. They are better than the original Native lenses. Arrived beautifully and safely packaged and love the soft lens case/ microfiber cleaning cloth.

The contrail frames Require a lip on the lense to fit in a groove on the frames.
The lenses fit looser than the OE lenses so Ashley sent me another set of lenses a little larger free of charge. The replacement lenses still don't fit properly and pop out easily and the left lens has a gap by the nose piece. At this time I am still waiting to hear back from Ashley to see if we can resolve this. I will update if I can.
UPDATE : After a 3rd set of lenses the optician got the lenses to fit and they are beautiful. Thank you so much Ashley for the great customer service and patience with me. I will recommend Seek to anyone who needs replacement lenses.
