60-Day Return & Satisfaction Policy
We want you to love your purchase! That's why we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee from the date your order is delivered. If for any reason you're not happy with your item, you can return or exchange it within this period for a full refund.

For prescription orders, we stand behind our 60-day vision and satisfaction promise. If your prescription lenses don’t feel right or you’re not fully satisfied, we will replace your lenses once at no additional cost.
Return Qualifications
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that gift cards and items returned after 60 days from purchase are not eligible for returns. Processing and shipping fees for custom lens orders are non-refundable. If your purchase was part of a bundle, partial returns may be accepted, with refunds adjusted based on the discounted bundle price. Seek Optics monitors return requests to prevent abuse and reserves the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges. Proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Before sending any items back, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our customer service team at returns@seekoptics.com.

We ensure a perfect fit for your lenses! Since every lens is custom cut in our Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania lab, we can typically resolve any fit issues by exchanging your lenses for the correct size.
For exchanges unrelated to fit, we can only offer replacements for the same frame as your original purchase. If you decide to upgrade your lenses, you'll be responsible for covering any price difference.
Exchanges made after the 60-day guarantee period will be applied to your warranty, and can only be for lenses of equal or lesser value for the same frame as originally purchased. If your product is no longer available, we will provide a replacement of equal or lesser value.

Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email if your refund has been approved. Upon approval, a credit will be issued to your original payment method automatically.
In some cases, only a partial refund may be offered. This can happen if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, missing parts not due to our error, or is returned after the 60-day return window. If your return is not approved for a refund, our customer service team will contact you via email with further details.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will issue store credit instead.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
Refund processing times can vary. If you haven’t seen a refund after 5 business days, we recommend checking your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be additional processing time on their end before the refund is posted.
