Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. To ensure a prompt resolution, include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your claim and provide instructions for a replacement. Claims made after 5 days from delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
