I have dealt several times with SEEK for a variety of Neds from retrofitting lenses to brand new glasses. Their work is excellent. Customer service is as close to perfect as possible. The delivery times are consistent and reliable. I would go no where else for my eyeglasses, especially in the highly specialized designer brands.
A sentimental pair of glasses arrived back broken to me. I was beyond thrilled to have found a place that could replace the custom lenses and I could finally afford it and then in shipment, my pair of glasses arrived back destroyed, beyond pair. I tried super glue and everything. The lenses themselves appeared fine but this experience cost me my favorite and most cherished pair of glasses. The post office doesn’t appear to want to honor the claim so far so I’m not sure the fate of this whole process but in hindsight, I regret doing this. I’m broken hearted reading the reviews of everyone else’s happy experience. I wanted that to be mine too.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are genuinely sorry for your disappointment, especially considering the sentimental value of your sunglasses.
We do want to clarify that during the lens replacement process, our work is strictly limited to the front portion of the frame around the lenses.
We never apply pressure or manipulate the hinge or temple areas where the break occurred. Your sunglasses were fully intact and undamaged when they left our facility.
Additionally, we immediately assisted by opening a USPS claim on your behalf, even though no external shipping damage was reported. Unfortunately, because the necessary photos of the shipping packaging were not provided, USPS was unable to process the claim.
While we regret that this experience did not meet your expectations, we are confident that the damage did not occur during our handling, and that the lens replacement service you ordered was properly and carefully completed.

Initial ordering was simple supplied the model number and the brand, Pre-paid, Seek Optics sent a mailing label, I then shipped them and in about a week and a half I got my sunglasses back and was very happy with the job they had done…Thank you again Seek Optics
