60 Day Hassle-Free Returns

Not every purchase can be a hole-in-one, and we understand that. That is why our return policy is simple: If you are not 100% totally, completely and utterly satisfied with your purchase for any reason whatsoever let us know! Here at Seek Optics you are in good hands.



You may return new, unused items within 60 days of delivery for a refund less any applicable restocking fees (see policy below). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Seek Optics must approve all returns. Due to the vast variety of models and sizes, we request that the buyer contact us for assistance in finding the correct model; otherwise, the buyer may purchase the wrong item multiple times.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or visit our Return & Exchanges Portal. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.



When making returns and exchanges, please bear in mind:

- Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be uninstalled, unused, in original selling condition, with tags attached and with the original packaging.

- Prescription Lenses, Final Sale, Discontinued and Personalized items are not eligible for returns.

- When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange or reimburse the returned items. Seek Optics will not accept cash on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges. 

- Returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.



Unless the product is defective or the return is the direct result of a Seek Optics error, Seek Optics may charge a restocking fee of 15% (fifteen) to up to 50% (fifty) of the purchase price paid less shipping and handling, plus any applicable sales tax, which would be applied through a total reduced refund or credit. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.



 All exchanges will only be for the same frame model as purchased. If a different model is needed, or if we are upgrading the lenses, the buyer will be responsible for the difference in cost.

 Any exchange outside of the 60-day guarantee will count as the warranty redemption and may only be used on a lens of the same value and for the same frame as the original purchase.
