This warranty includes a 1 year, 1 time replacement. Our liability is limited solely to the replacement of any defective product returned to us. We make no other warranty, either expressed or implied, including any regarding merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose, nor do we assume any liability or responsibility for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of these products.

- Normal wear and tear (scratches or pit marks on sun lenses)
- Any damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of product
- Damage caused by chemicals (hair spray, cologne, window cleaner, alcohol, etc.)
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Loss of lenses
