INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - PLEASE NOTE: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges, if applied, are the buyer's responsibility. Please check your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Items ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS or DHL. All shipping times are provided by carrier, and always in Business Days Mon-Fri. Please note that the delivery times given are always estimated and do not include and delays due to custom inspections, weather or other unforeseen events. 

Tracking Number

Will be available on the same or next business day after your package has been shipped out. The tracking number should automatically be provided to you via e-mail. Please contact us if you haven't received an email with your tracking information.

60 Day Returns

Not every purchase can be a hole-in-one, and we understand that. That is why our return policy is simple: If you are not 100% totally, completely and utterly satisfied with your purchase for any reason whatsoever let us know! Here at Seek Optics you are in good hands.

RETURNS:

You may return new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. We will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

 

RETURNS CONDITIONS: 

When making returns and exchanges, please bear in mind:

- Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn, unused, in original selling condition, with tags attached and with the original packaging.

- Final Sale, Discontinued and Personalized items are not eligible for returns.

- When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange or reimburse the returned items. Seek Optics will not accept cash on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges. 

- Returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

 

RESTOCKING FEES:

Unless the product is defective or the return is the direct result of a Seek Optics error, Seek Optics may charge a restocking fee of 15% (fifteen) of the purchase price paid less shipping and handling, plus any applicable sales tax, which would be applied through a total reduced refund or credit.

 

 EXCHANGES:

All exchanges will only be for the same frame model as purchased. If a different model is needed, or if we are upgrading the lenses, the buyer will be responsible for the difference in cost. Please note that a $10 replacement fee will be applied to all exchanges for custom-made items.

Any exchange outside of the 60-day guarantee will count as the warranty redemption and may only be used on a lens of the same value and for the same frame as the original purchase.
